JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The candidate should possess a Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

  2. Good knowledge of information technology, especially in the areas of SAP HCM ERP

  3. Good planning and co-ordinating skills

  4. Strong writing, verbal communication and presentation skills

  5. Good team player, responsible and conscientious

  6. Resourceful, independent, responsive and pro-active

JOB SCOPE:

  1. Assist Programme/ Project Managers on the maintenance and enhancements of Enterprise Human Resource (E-HR) System on SAP

  2. Coordinate and perform secretariat role for meetings with different stakeholders and internal team meetings

  3. Manage and ensure timely deliverables by the Contractors

  4. Ensure deliverables conformed to the standards and control defined for the programme

  5. Identify and manage risk and mitigation strategies

  6. Analyse and ensure resolution of issues

  7. Provide progress reports to management and to various forums

  8. Prepare for presentations for meetings when required

  9. Manage change requests, change control, including tracking of CR raised and approved as well as preparing CR budget utilisation

  10. Review and maintain Maintenance Management Plan (MMP), and monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with MMP

  11. Propose and administer improvement in current procedures and process to improve vendor performance tracking and compliance as well as maintenance work processes
