Each Special GangSi drops a special ingredient to craft the headgear:

Used Red Candle

Green Incense

Poor Can Sack

Hungry Ghost NPC:

Exorcist NPC (locate near to healer npc).

Redeem special GangSi headgears:

Modified Munak Hat: change the player to a Munak. 

Modified BongunHat: change the player to a Bongun. 

Modified Hyegun Hat: change the player to a Hyegun.
